The word Conduct means behavior; way of behaving; the way one behaves, lives. Together with Ethics, which means a set of rules, we have, as a result, something similar to a code of ethics and conduct, which are prepared by the companies, organizations or entities to describe their rights and duties towards society.

Professional ethics aims to discipline people’s morals and customs, being the basis for the exercise of their functions. Therefore, more than merely followed during working hours, it must be part of the professionals’ conscience.

This Integrity program is structured with the objective of detecting and correcting deviations, fraud, irregularities and illicit acts committed against the public, national and foreign administration. NACIONAL Industry has defined standards and usual practices for the work environment, providing specific or
additional guidelines.

If we fail to comply with applicable laws, rules, policies, regulations, standards and procedures, there is the risk of disciplinary action or contract termination. In the event of such irregularities, we encourage those responsible to inform their hierarchical superior about the occurrence, in order to minimize any impacts.
