Manufacturing Inspection and Third Party Inspections

NACIONAL is a company that operates in manufacturing inspection and work expediting, following the schedule between client x contractor, S curve, CLM issuance among other attributions, using qualified, trained and certified professionals, according to technical standards and contractual requirements in accordance with the ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17020, ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17024 and ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Supply of qualified personnel with SEQUI / PETROBRAS / ASNT / SNQC certifications system and trained for inspection in the modalities of Manufacturing Inspection (IF): AT (Pipe Fittings), CT (Boiler and Piping) Level 1 and Level 2.

Preparation and Assembly of Data Book

NACIONAL is a company with expertise in the preparation, physical and digital assembly of the Data Book of projects and/or works provided for a given supply. The process is carried out analytically in accordance with procedures, applicable rules and contractual documents relating to the supply.

NACIONAL has on its staff qualified professionals to meet the demand for testing by points, which consists of a technique used to identify metallic materials through the effects of chemical reactions. For this, chemical reagents are applied in a region of a previously prepared surface. Spot test inspection also encompasses tests performed with a magnet, with the aim of defining materials as magnetic, mildly magnetic and non-magnetic. The spot test inspection can be done in different equipment, such as internal areas of valves, pipes, among others, as long as there is technical possibility for the test.
